Discover how you work best

Every person has a print. Every team has a combined print.

TeamPrint is a deep profile of your work habits and behaviour — never your personality type, intelligence or education. Built in plain, simple language for every South African workplace, from the factory floor to the boardroom. Every important conclusion is checked four to six times, from different angles — and the questions vary between sittings, so retaking it stays honest.

Your permission (POPIA)
I understand and agree that:
• My name, contact details, answers and results are stored securely by TeamPrint (Stephan Potgieter).
• They are used to create my report — and if a company invited me, to share my report with that company.
• TeamPrint may use my results without my name (de-identified) to improve the assessment and build industry benchmarks.
• I can ask to see, correct or delete my information at any time: info@stephanpotgieter.co.za

Answer honestly, not to impress. The system checks your answers against each other — a "too perfect" picture lowers your report's confidence score.

Your TeamPrint report

Deep behavioural analysis

Written by an AI analyst from your complete evidence file — every choice, every trade-off, every contradiction and every timing pattern. Each claim shows its evidence and states its confidence.

Reading your 53 answers, cross-checking 18 facets, 8 drivers, 10 pressure patterns and 3 judgement scenarios…
Your deep analysis takes about 20–30 seconds to write.

Where you fit in a business

All eight seat families, ranked for your print — with real job titles, why each fits, and what to check in an interview. Signals to explore with a real conversation, never verdicts on their own.

Workable with the right support

Seats that will drain you

Your strengths — use these on purpose

Your watch-outs — and the fix for each

Straight talk. These aren't flaws — they're the bill for your strengths. Each comes with a practical fix.

Your 30-day development track

The assessment is the diagnosis; this is the treatment. A four-week programme aimed at your number-one watch-out — small weekly actions that move the habit, not the label.

Behavioural risk signals

Signals that a manager should check further before big decisions — built only from patterns inside this assessment, each with its evidence and confidence level.

What this index is — and is not. These are questionnaire signals, not facts about a person. They never claim criminality, addiction, mental illness, or bad character. A signal here means one thing only: verify before you rely — with references, a structured interview, and probation performance. A person with signals here can still be an excellent hire in the right seat with the right manager.

Lens 1 — Your natural style, facet by facet

Eighteen facets in six domains, each measured 4–6 times in different ways. Every score is a trade-off between two respectable ways of working — high is not better.

Lens 2 — Your pressure patterns

Built from two separate sources: your trait profile and what you told us about your hardest recent month. Risks to manage, never character flaws.

Lens 3 — What fuels you

Your strongest drivers, and what a job must give you before you slowly lose interest.

Lens 4 — Your team contribution

Every piece of work moves through six stages. These are where you add the most energy — and the stage that quietly drains you.

Coachability

Read this before acting on the report. TeamPrint is a development and team-conversation tool. It is not a certified psychometric test, and it must not be used on its own to hire, promote, or exclude anyone. It never measures character, intelligence, education or mental health — only self-described work behaviour, cross-checked for consistency. South African employers: psychological assessments used for employment decisions must meet the requirements of section 8 of the Employment Equity Act. Use this report to place strengths and ask better interview questions — together with structured interviews, references and work samples.
